📸 Book a Combo Session: Family + Senior Portraits

Many families choose to book a combo session that includes both:

🎓 Senior portraits: A variety of poses & feel free to do outfit changes if we are focusing mostly on your child’s senior portraits
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family photos: Group shots, candid moments, sibling photos

You can choose which one to prioritize, or we can split the session evenly depending on your goals. I’ll guide you on posing, timing, and wardrobe so everything feels easy and authentic.

You decide:

Focus mostly on your senior, with a few quick family portraits
OR prioritize family photos, with a few styled portraits of your senior

Either way, you’ll walk away with a meaningful gallery that captures this special trip—and stage of life.

Sunrise or Sunset? Choosing the Best Time for Your Photo Session

The best time for lighting and a great experience is usually early morning or just before sunset. Here’s how it works depending on where you’re staying:

For Families Staying in Waikiki / Kahala:

You have access to either sunrise or sunset sessions – I have select locations that I offer based on the location
Being centrally located means more flexible location options
Ideal for exploring the South Shore and East Side (both scenic & quick to reach without west side traffic)

For Families Staying in Ko Olina:

I offer sunrise sessions only in Ko Olina for the best light and fewer crowds
Secret Beach or Paradise Cove is a popular option—quiet and convenient
Just note: location options here are a bit more limited unless you’re renting a car and are open to driving 45+ min for sunset at another location (it is an option!). I do not recommend sunrise at another location other than Koolina if you decide to go with sunrise because traffic is very bad unless you select a weekend date for your photos

✨ Travel Tip: Break Up Your Stay Between Ko Olina and Waikiki

If your itinerary allows it, I always recommend splitting your trip between Ko Olina and Waikiki. And I recommend staying in the location where you’ll take photos FIRST so jet lag works in your favor!

🐢 Ko Olina gives you a laid-back resort experience with fewer crowds—great for relaxing & photos at the nearby coves
🏖 Waikiki/Kahala gives you quicker access to iconic beaches, cliffs, and mountain views that are perfect for portraits AND for exploring!
